I checked Visio and MS Project, and I see templates for a Gantt chart but not PERT. I can easily create one myself with circles and arrows, but I just wanted to see if you have a preference. Also, do you want to receive a hard copy of the homework, soft copy, or both?" |
Answer: MS Project has the ability to generat a PERT from Gantt. Circles and arrows are okay, but I want you to demonstrate you can use the commonly used tools (I won't reduce the points you'd earn, but I won't likely give you the benefit of the doubt if you're borderline). Hardcopy, please. e-mail is becoming unreliable. |
