We have investigated and are presenting an introduction and a demonstration of the Optimal Computing Budget Allocation (OCBA) method. Beginning with the about tab, the motivation and concept of OCBA is introduced. Under the algorithms tab, a high-level description of the OCBA algorithm is presented. Two java applets demonstrate the benefits of OCBA with user-selected parameters. The detailed discussion of the test environment, a flowchart showing how OCBA wraps around a simulation problem and a bar chart visualizing the intelligent OCBA allocation for the initial stages of the demonstration problem are presented. Finally, an in depth understanding of the OCBA method and the theory behind the concept can be gained from the provided references.
